  I would leave 0 stars if I could. A car that I sold got a ticket after I sold it. Unfortunately, the dates they have on file don't align with when I reported the vehicle to be sold despite the copies of the paperwork I have. It turns out the dealership didn't file everything on their end so I get stuck with the bill. Then the court sent 1 notice to my old address which was also updated 3 times previously. I should also mention I wasn't driving during this time due to medical reasons and can prove it. Nonetheless, I have to now pay a ton of extra money for a parking ticket on a car I didn't own, parked somewhere that I didn't drive it. To add insult to injury, the person I spoke to called me rude and said she had spent too much time answering my questions when I asked a few simple questions about an incident I can prove I had nothing to do with. I guess it costs money to have your civil liberties violated in Bellingham and you're the problem if you question it. We need some customer service training as well as some ethics education at this place. What a joke?!?!
